Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Registered Care Manager at BMS care providers. The Registered Care Manager will be responsible for case management, overseeing the day to day care running of the business, leading and managing staff so they can perform their roles safely and to the best of their ability. Managing budgets and contracts, making strategic decisions about the future and growth of the service. Day-to-day tasks will involve overseeing and coordinating care services, training staff, and managing complex care needs.
