Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Registered Care Manager located in South Leeds. If successful, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of a new Domiciliary Care branch on behalf of a nationwide provider. Additionally, the support of an exceptional Regional and Operational team will enable you to exert full autonomy of the business development, marketing and recruitment of this branch, where you will be incentivised at an above market rate for achieving milestone steps along the way.

- Case Management, Elderly Care, Social Services, and Medicine
- Patient Care
- Management of staffing teams
- Coordination of services and Care Packages
- Ensuring Regulatory Compliance
- Training experience in healthcare settings
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage and lead a team effectively
